The Sewing Atelier

Starting in 2006, Nittaya, a housewife to 3 grown up boys started her sewing class with the view to pass on her expertise in dressmaking and tailoring to sewing enthusiasts all over Singapore.

Nittaya studied fashion in Thailand from a French fashion college and garnered vast experience in sewing techniques as well as pattern making for different sewing projects.

In 2014, her second son, Terry joined her business as an apprentice teacher and fast forward till today, they have taught almost over a thousand students the art of dressmaking and tailoring.

Students at The Sewing Atelier can expect to learn anything from simple dresses, shirts and baby clothes to artisanal cheongsams, bridal gowns, suit jackets and even pet clothing. It seams like only the sky's the limit.
